NOTE: Requests for an item to be added to an Agenda must be received by the Clerk no later than 8 a.m. on the Thursday preceding the meeting.
For example: Meeting Thursday 6th February – documents to be received by the Clerk by 8 a.m. on Thursday 30th January.
If you wish to join the meeting please email email@example.com to request an invitation which will be sent on the morning of the meeting. You will not be able to access the meeting before 6.50pm and on entry you will be placed in the ‘waiting room’. You will then be moved into the ‘meeting room’ when all the Councillors have arrived. The meeting is recorded and will be deleted once the Minutes have been written by the Clerk
